YES - Repair short to power in the wire between the ECM/PCM (A2,A3) and the PGM-FI main relay 1. NO - Replace the PGM-FI main relay 1.

DTC P1107: BARO Sensor Circuit Low Voltage DTC P1108: BARO Sensor Circuit High Voltage Reset the ECM/PCM (see page 11-4). Turn the ignition switch ON (II). Is DTC P1107 or P1108 indicated?
