Front Passenger's Airbag Replacement (cont'd)

Installation
  1. Place the new front passenger's airbag (A) into the dashboard. Tighten the front passenger's airbag mounting nuts (B).
  1. Connect the front passenger's airbag 2P connector (A) to the dashboard wire harness B 2P connector (B), then reinstall the glove box.

  1. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
  2. After installing the airbag, confirm proper system operation: Turn the ignition switch ON (II); the SRS indicator light should come on for about 6 seconds and then go off.
  3. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio, then enter the customer's radio station presets.
