  1. Remove the transmission housing mounting bolts.

  1. Remove the transmissioNmount bracket.
  1. Remove the transmission housing mounting bolt (A), rear mount bracket bolts (B) and rear mount/bracket (C).

  1. Place a jack under the transmission.
  2. Pull the transmission away from the engine until it clears the dowel pins, then lower it on the jack.
  3. Remove the torque converter assembly (A).

  1. Remove the starter (B) from the torque converter housing.
