  1. Remove exhaust pipe A.

  1. Remove the shift cable covers (A), then remove the bolts securing the shift cable holder (B).

  1. Remove the lock bolt securing the control lever (C), then remove the shift cable (D) with the control lever from the control shaft (E). Do not bend the shift cable excessively.
  1. Remove the engine stiffeners (A) and torque converter cover (B).

  1. Remove the 8 drive plate bolts (C) one at a time while rotating the crankshaft pulley.
  2. Remove the rear mount bolts.
